Brady Ware Names Anita Anand, JD, as Managing Director

Brady Ware & Company is pleased to announce that Anita Anand, JD, has been named as the firm’s managing director succeeding co-CEOs Brian Carr, CPA, and Jim Kaiser, CPA.

Brian Carr, CPA, and Jim Kaiser, CPA, who had served as the firm’s co-CEOs, will transition into client-focused and leadership advisory roles. Effective, July 1, 2023, Anita Anand, JD, has been appointed as the firm’s new managing director and will work closely with the executive board.

Having joined Brady Ware in 2016, Anand focuses primarily on federal, state, local and international tax clientele while helping build the firm’s tax practice. In addition to her role as managing director, she will continue to serve domestic and international companies across a broad range of industries including renewable energy, real estate, technology, manufacturing, and others.

“The reasons I joined Brady Ware are the same reasons I am excited about my role as managing director. We have tremendous people, talent, and opportunity to continue to help shape our client’s successes,” Anand said. “To be entrusted with that as well as helping expand on the opportunities ahead for Brady Ware growth is something I look forward to leading.”

Brady Ware’s Atlanta office is focused on privately held, mid-market companies with industries served including real estate, technology, renewable energy, and professional services. The office provides transactional support as well as tax and assurance engagements. Specialty services include valuation, litigation and dispute resolution solutions.
