His focus on managing and coordinating large tax compliance engagements, especially for US subsidiaries with foreign-based parent companies, helps clients navigate complex international tax landscapes. Mike also leads Brady Ware’s Cost Segregation practice and his diverse technical background extends to consolidated income tax returns, accounting methods, and specialized knowledge in the manufacturing and construction industries.

Background
Mike commenced his career in 1977 at Price Waterhouse, solidifying his foundation in corporate tax. Since then, Mike also worked at Ernst and Young, before joining Brady Ware in 2004 quickly becoming a key contributor at Brady Ware for tax research, cost segregation studies, and training members of the team.
