Betty Collins is a CPA with over 30 years of accounting experience, offering comprehensive business solutions to middle-market clients spanning various industries. Betty excels in a wide range of specialties, from compliance and tax minimization strategies to general operations management and advisory. Her expertise extends to real estate, restaurants, financial advisory, professional services, and other small- to mid-market businesses.

Betty also co-leads the Long-Term Care service team. This team focuses on helping providers of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping these nursing centers establish effective operational models, and optimizing available funding for those they serve.

In addition to her accounting expertise, Betty is a dedicated advocate for the firm’s Women’s Initiative. Her contributions toward advancing gender equality both within the workplace and externally are evident with her leadership, in particular, for the Women’s Leadership Conference. Betty is committed to fostering the professional growth of both women and men at Brady Ware. She also developed a podcast, “Inspiring Women,” to focus on women’s issues and their growth and development.

Background:

Betty began her career in 1988, leading to her ownership role at Nipps, Brown, Collins in 2000. The subsequent merger with Brady Ware contributed to more resources and expertise to further help her specialize and cater to a small business client base.
