The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA)

New Tax Legislation and Its Impacts

Signed into law on July 4, 2025, House Resolution 1, better known as the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA),” has sweeping implications across numerous industries and also for individuals. Some provisions have extended existing tax provisions from prior legislation while updating or creating new provisions.

Brady Ware’s subject matter experts break down the new legislation and help provide answers about which provisions were extended, which ones are new, and how those are impacting numerous business sectors as well as for individual taxpayers.

Our OBBBA resource page includes updates and perspectives for niche industries like dealerships, nonprofits, manufacturing, rental property owners, IIDD (Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) providers, and other business types as well as its impact on individual taxpayers.
