For individual taxpayers, there are key areas to understand for your tax situation. Learn how these impact you.
July 31: Reporting income tax withholding and FICA taxes for second quarter 2025 (Form 941), and paying any tax due.
July 31: Filing a 2024 calendar-year retirement plan report (Form 5500 or Form 5500-EZ) or requesting an extension.
For businesses, numerous areas are impacted that were either set to expire or had hit milestones with negative implications.
The State of Ohio recently announced its sales tax holiday dates: the holiday starts at 12 a.m. on August 1 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on August 14. For more details, exclusions and more read the full article below.
