Culture Spotlight

Growing Together, One Season at a Time

At Brady Ware, growth is not measured by a single moment. It happens season by season, through shared experiences, continuous learning, and the people who choose to grow with us.

  • Welcome to the Team: January brought exciting growth across the firm, with the addition of two Experienced Staff Accountants, three New Graduates, eleven Interns, and a Tax Senior.
  • Bootcamp Training Highlights: Interns, new hires, and team members who joined after the 2025 busy season participated in our firm-wide bootcamp in Dayton. Led by our Tax and Audit Managers and Seniors, the training sessions focus on technical foundations, firm processes, and team collaboration, helping set the stage for a successful busy season and long-term growth at the firm.

From day one, new team members are welcomed into a culture built on learning, support, and shared success.

Community Corner

Serving with Purpose. Leading with Heart.

After the workday ends, many of our leaders’ step into meaningful roles beyond the firm, serving as board presidents, treasurers, and financial stewards for organizations that strengthen the communities they call home. Their involvement reflects a belief that leadership extends beyond the workplace and into the community.

Talent Spotlight

Intern to Shareholder: An Interview with Dylan Romans

Dylan walked through the doors of Brady Ware in 2013 as an intern, curious about public accounting and open to where the experience might lead. Thirteen years later, that curiosity and hard work have come full circle as he steps into a new chapter as one of Brady Ware’s newest shareholders. His journey is a powerful example of what can happen when talent is nurtured, mentorship is consistent, and growth is built from within.
