Brady Ware Names Three New Shareholders

Brian Denlinger, Matt Dickert, and Dylan Romans join Brady Ware’s leadership team

Brady Ware’s shareholders are pleased to announce that Dylan Romans, Matt Dickert, and Brian Denlinger have graduated the LEAD program and join the shareholder group as Brady Ware’s newest shareholders.

“We are thrilled to welcome them into our shareholder group and are grateful for their unwavering dedication and contributions to our firm,” Anita Anand, JD, managing shareholder, said. “The expansion of our shareholder base reflects our commitment to long-term stability and visionary leadership and we certainly have three excellent additions in Brian, Matt, and Dylan.”

Brian Denlinger, CPA
Since joining the firm in 2011 as a staff accountant, Brian’s expertise spans tax, audit, and strategic consulting. He also specializes in Employee Stock Ownership Plans helping companies navigate the complex legal and financial intricacies of ESOPs while optimizing tax strategies and ensuring rigorous audit compliance. Brian holds a BS in Accounting, Finance, and Risk Management from OSU and is an active member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Brian is based on our Columbus office.

Matt Dickert, CPA
With a versatile and seasoned background, Matt Dickert, CPA, provides high-level tax compliance and consulting services for the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Outside of his professional practice, he serves as the Board Treasurer for the Kettering Police Foundation and is an active member of both the OSCPA and the AICPA. He’s also a dual graduate of the University of Dayton (B.A. and master’s in accounting). He is based in our Dayton office and joined the firm in 2023.

Dylan Romans, CPA
Dylan manages diverse engagements across the construction, manufacturing, and technology sectors, with specialized expertise in nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plan audits. A graduate of Wright State University and the Leadership Dayton Class of 2025, he also was recognized as a 2025 Dayton Business Journal Rising Star of Finance. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Society of Natural History and the Board of Directors for A Special Wish Foundation of SW Ohio. Dylan is based in our Dayton office and joined the firm as an intern in 2013.
