Columbus Center for Human Services Client Testimonial - Brady Ware & CompanyBecky Sharp

Business Overview and Background

CCHS is a nonprofit organization which serves over 500 individuals with disabilities in a wide variety of settings, including residential, employment, and day services.

One of my favorite services is our Open Door Art Studio, which has been a springboard for our artists to have exhibits in both local and national galleries. Some of the artists have even won national awards in open competitions.

Working with Brady Ware

We started working with Brady Ware during a period of leadership transition that left us lacking in deep financial expertise. We first saw Brady Ware at a conference, where Gary Brown spoke about reimbursement. Gary is a Director and leads the Long-Term Care team at Brady Ware.

After Gary provided additional training for our team and showed us the power of good financial information, we engaged Brady Ware as our accountants and business advisors.

Impact

Brady Ware has helped us to clearly connect rules to outcomes, and financial measures to operations. Connecting the dots and sharing cost information throughout CCHS has empowered our front line staff to make changes that improve our operations and benefit our clients, all while preserving our financial resources.

Summary

Brady Ware doesn’t just handle our accounting; they improve every aspect of our organization. But just as importantly, we now have an expert partner that cares about our clients and the service they receive.
