(Columbus, OH) Brady Ware & Company is pleased to announce that Nick Brunotte has joined ourDealership Advisors in the role of Senior Operations Consultant.
Nick has hands-on experience with dealership general management and operations, and he will focus on the specialized needs of retail automotive dealers and the challenges they face. His knowledge allows Brady Ware to further identify and communicate issues that arise throughout a dealership. As Senior Consultant, he will work with our dealership clients to perfect their web presence management strategies, business development centers, customer relationship management software processes, website effectiveness and other digital efficiencies, as well as improving the profitability of service and F & I departments.

Nick studied Finance at The University of Cincinnati and has over a decade of management in other service forums, which combine to make him proficient in both analyzing financial statements as well as knowing the required steps to take to exceed customers’ expectations. Nick is actively involved in NADA and has a Finance and Insurance Certification from United Development Systems (UDS).
