Encouraging Women to Succeed in the Workplace
The Brady Ware Women’s Initiative aims to empower women to succeed professionally and personally. Our initiative focuses on investing in resources, developing skills, and creating support systems for women so they can live up to their full potential, advance their career, and become a force in the market place for client development.
The Women’s Initiative holds meetings and seminars directed toward women and encourages team members to involve themselves in professional organizations designed to empower and promote women.
Our Women’s Initiative support systems set out to create a culture that addresses the barriers that women hurdle in the routine of every day life, helps employees find balance in their personal and professional lives, and promotes confidence.
Betty Collins, a director in our Columbus office, leads the Women’s Initiative across the entire firm. Her vision is to encourage all women to succeed both professionally and personally.
We held our inaugural Women’s Initiative Leadership Conference in 2015, and we plan to continue these conferences as a value-added offering to women-owned businesses, women entrepreneurs, and professional women of all leadership positions. Our goal is to help women succeed and be the best that they can be!
